◆ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ◆

◆ PRODUCTION ESTIMATE ◆ As of May 2021, my production times have been longer than usual due to limited resources, and longer wait times for supplies. Currently, please allow 4 weeks if you purchased a "pre-order" or "made to order" item. As always, if you feel you can not wait for production, or would like to check in about your order, email me through my contact page or directly through your email order receipt. Please include your order number when contacting me about your order and please remember to check your spam folder for my response. Pre-orders will only be offered a few times a year and will be few and far between, and I do not currently accept custom requests to open pre-orders up for any designs. Check in with my instagram {@JamieSpinello} about my shop updates, where some of my limited run designs might make a temporary come back. ◆ READY TO SHIP ITEMS ◆ I try to ship out all of my designs that are in my "ready to ship" section within 1-3 business days. All of my shipments are sent via priority mail for all US domestic orders and First Class International for all International orders. US Priority shipments have tracking numbers that allow tracking from shipment to delivery, First Class International shipments do have tracking, but limited depending on the country of delivery. ◆ SOMETHING SAYS SOLD OUT ◆ If one of my designs says sold out it is because it was either a one of a kind piece that there was only one available of, or it is a design that I have had in production for a limited run in the past and have currently stopped making. If it is something that I have had in production before, I may remake it again in the future. Likewise, I may make something in a similar style to something that sold that was one of a kind. Everything is handmade in my studio so no two creations will ever be exactly alike. I do not accept custom requests, but I am always open to anyone messaging me to let me know that they would love to have something similar. Sometimes I may have something sitting in progress in my studio, and a message from someone may inspire me to complete it, or I may have plans for releasing similar designs and can give info on a timeline when that might be. ◆ DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM REQUESTS ◆ I have been working for myself as a metal worker since 2008. From 2008-2019 I accepted hundreds if not thousands of custom requests and completed thousands of made to order requests. It was incredibly draining and that way of working takes about 10 times as much energy as just letting my own creative desires drive my work and form my working methods and hours in the studio. For that reason, I do not accept custom requests anymore and have a limited number of designs that I accept pre orders for, however as I mentioned above, I do encourage anyone that saw something in my shop that sold out to message me about something being on their wish list. Though I can't accept custom orders anymore, I am open to hearing about wish lists. Something may make its way into a future update, possibly encouraged by a request. ◆ ECO FRIENDLY MATERIALS ◆ I cast all of my metal work in either recycled Sterling Silver or Bronze in my home studio. The Sterling Silver I use is industry standard .925 quality. The Bronze I use is an alloy of Copper and Tin, completely free of other base or contaminated metals. All the stones that I use are natural unless specifically stated within the listing. All of the cast glass that I use in my work, is glass that I designed and cast myself. All of my clay work is mid-fire porcelain or stoneware that I handbuild or throw on a wheel in my studio and all of my functional pottery is food safe. ◆ ECO FRIENDLY PACKAGING ◆ I package all of my shipments using recycled materials and/or materials which are generally 95% or higher completely biodegradable/compostable. ◆ CONTACT ◆
